The mission
Same brain. New world. That mismatch explains much of how modern life feels, and understanding it is the first step to living better.
For roughly 300,000 years, humans lived in small tribes — around a fire, in a circle, moving all day, sleeping with the dark, eating together, raising children together. Every instinct you carry was shaped there.
Then, in an evolutionary blink, we moved the entire species into a world of glowing rectangles, delivery apps, open-plan offices and one-bedroom apartments, and started wondering why we feel lonely, anxious, distracted and tired.
What we are trying to do
Help you understand the human being you are, and live better because of it. We take a problem you are already feeling, explain the mismatch underneath it using neuroscience and psychology, simply enough for anyone to follow, and end with something you can actually do about it.
The films and the posts are the delivery, not the point. Same argument, two lengths: watch it or read it.
The rules we hold ourselves to
One mismatch per story. Every claim survives a fact-check and shows its sources. Every story ends with a practical fix you can do this week, not nostalgia for a past nobody is going back to.
